About Sensei Ed Carr

Edward Carr is owner and chief instructor at Tokyo Joe's Studios in Hooksett, NH. and 3 time KRANE state and national champion in sparring, weapons and forms

Ed has studied various styles since 1988, including Tae Kwon Do, Jujitsu, Judo and Modern Arnis. Beginning in 1992, Ed has studied the art of Chinese kempo under Master Rensho.

Ed takes great pleasure in working with others, being at tournaments, seminars, or just hanging at the dojo.

Ed will tell you, "I love what I do and I love to show others the beauty of the martial arts. I also believe it is important for all of us to set the example so we can pave the way for the future of the martial arts."
